Management of patients with benign and malignant extremity tumors and tumor-like conditions.  This management includes both operative and nonoperative treatment.  Operative treatment incorporates contemporary surgical techniques for removal of bone tumors in a variety of locations in upper and lower extremity locations.  Reconstructive techniques include limb sparing surgery using both endoprostheses and allografts.  Both benign and malignant soft tissue extremity tumors are treated with contemporary methods including surgery to obtain wide margins and reconstruction including transposition of muscle flaps.  Metastatic lesions of bone are managed with internal fixation as well as resection and reconstruction for pain control and continued patient ambulation.
